Work with subagents and corporate clients
You can create any number of business-partners — subagents or corporate clients. You may group them and configure individual or group settings. For each business partner you can configure any number of managers with personal login and password. An example — hundred of corporate clients can be split onto several groups depending on mark-up level: some part with 20% mark-up, some part with 18% and group of privileged customers with 10%. Each corporate client has several managers which can log into the system for search and booking.
Smart calendar for 2 months
The calendar will not allow input of an incorrect date. Moreover you may limit search and booking within some frameworks from the current date or till the first travel date. As an example, you may set that booking is not allowed if check-in date or the first flight date is less than 3 days to the present date.

We decided that interactive help whilst working with the system is much better than huge hard-copy user's guide. Feed-back system
You can submit an application to our helpdesk using the feed-back tool of Nemo. As soon as your request is answered you will immediately find the reply message into that system as well as the current status of the application. The copy will be also sent on your e-mail.

System Explorer
Control panel contains so many settings that sometimes it is possible you get lost over there. So we made special searching tool — called System Explorer — and you can browse options and find necessary setting easily by yourself.
Context search
You can type first letters of the city or airport name when you do your search — the system will show all available options. Or if you are looking for a particular hotel — in the same way — just type a few letters and choose the object — it is easy and fast. Context search is available for all languages that are supported by the system.
Interactive map
All found flight options can be shown on the map. You will see routes, connections and by clicking on a city point you will refine your search and see all available fares for a particular route.
Get more info and don't get bored
We gathered detailed descriptions about the most important airports: fact-sheet, floor-plans, parking plans and transport connections. You will not be lost over there!
Best seats
Now you don't have to guess what seat you'll get during check-in: front or rear, window or aisle. There are many flights on which with Nemo you can choose and book your seat in advance.
Loyalty cards
Very often you can deal with frequent flyers and they may want to submit their loyalty card for further benefits. Now you don't have to make them doing that upon check-in — they can do it themselves during the booking.
Multi-language
The system is multi-lingual and if you didn't find your language in Nemo — it's not a problem at all to add it. Wanna Hindi? Nemo can tackle with that.
Payment
Nemo supports several payment methods. User is free to decide does he want to pay by his credit card, by web-money or in cash. For B2B users you can choose the method also.

Front-end design can be changed from the control panel. But if you really want to be like no other it is possible to achieve an effect when the user will never recognize where it is still your web-site design and where Nemo design starts.
Total statistics
Know about everything — what, where and when happened in your booking system. You can export Nemo reports to Excel or xml.
Flexi-search
Nemo can search within surrounding dates, in district airports, open jaws, timetable search — these tools can meet the requirements to find an optimal flight for even very complicated itinerary.
Share results
User can send a link of the search result page to somebody he wishes to. Typical example — an assistant books a ticket for boss.
Natural selection
The most interesting search result options can be marked by a ‘star'. Than it is possible to print out or send by e-mail. We've been always confident that it's cool feature.
About the registration
You may select a trigger for the registration procedure. For instance you may wish that all anonymous users can search but for booking you will require them to submit the registration.
One more thing about the registration
Registered user will be relieved of necessity to input personal data again and again for every next booking. It is also possible to set parameters in user's profile and view all personal bookings.

You may enable additional check to validate user's e-mail by sending a special link to reconfirm the registration.

Invoice for the booked services can be issued by Nemo tools and sent to. If you permit a credit or allow an overdraft to the subagent — you can inform Nemo about that and the system would make appropriate checks.
Multi-currency
It is possible to set price displaying at any currency even though you just recently knew this currency existed. Simply go to control panel and describe the currency name and exchange rate to your basic system currency.

Nemo contains the description, photo-gallery and seat plan of practically every type of civil aircrafts.
Which suppliers are supported in Nemo?
Up to now Nemo has the following set of interfaces: flights in GDS Sabre and GDS Galileo, hotels of GTA, MIKI Travel and Serhs Tourism. We permanently work over new interfaces to other suppliers in order to provide our customers with the maximum flexibility about portfolio of products. New Nemo' reinforcement is coming soon — the system to sell flights of low-cost airlines.
About settings
95 percent of your possible wishes to customize the system are available in our control panel. Everything adjustable — design, layout, colors, fonts, language, currency, pricing rules, search process, payment process, outgoing documents, etc. Nemo has over 500 possible settings — for your convenience it is systematized and supplied with help information.
How to implement the system on your web-site
These are several ways to do that:
The first and the most simple and fast possibility is IFrame (sort of window within your web-page).
The second possibility is a separate window as a sub-domain booking.youragency.com. Design can be adjusted according to the style of your web-site.
The third: Nemo can understand search parameters got from the outside. This means that you can deploy any desired search form on your site which will ‘communicate' with the main search engine.
Subagents, corporate clients and end buyers
Nemo has been designed for the most comfortable B2B work with subagents or corporate clients. You can create a separate user or you can join users into certain groups — therefore it is possible to stipulate system parameters for each particular user as well as for the whole user group. End buyers or B2C clients can be registered into the system. After that or with the first transaction their data will be stored into customer's database and further they will be relieved of routine inputs.
How to get the solution
The solution can be delivered under the terms of license agreement. Nemo can be installed on your server or you may use our hosting. Make sure that you have valid contracts with GDS and WBS for the standard and Internet terminals and sign it if you don't have it yet.
